Please meet in the main car park for a prompt 6 am start.
Parking will be available in the main carpark for free, as parking charges do not commence until 9 am (Paid parking is required from 9 am onwards if you would like to stay after the event).
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking in the woods along uneven and possibly slippery paths if the weather is wet. Please also wear appropriate clothing for the weather on the day and bring water.
The event is free, but places must be booked for planning and preparation purposes; places are limited in line with health & safety guidelines.
Please only book the spaces you need to give everyone a chance to participate and if you find you cannot make it, please cancel with notice to allow us to offer spots to others.
