The Penllergare Trust
The Penllergare Trust was set-up to preserve, protect and restore the unique history, wildlife and ecology of Penllergare Valley Woods in Swansea, South Wales.
We are a small charity and have been working for the past 19 years to restore the woods and gardens to their Victorian glory so that everyone can access and enjoy them.
The woods are an important oasis of green amidst the continuing development of Swansea and offer local wildlife a link beneath the motorway.
We don't receive any financial help from the council and rely on grants and donations to continue our preservation and restoration of the woods.
