Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest
Island Shakespeare Festival Outdoor Stage, 5476 Maxwelton Road, Langley, WA, 98260
Thursday, July 23 2026 - Sunday, September 6 2026
Written by Erin Murray. Directed by Aili Huber.
In a world hungry for a hero, a humble outlaw answers the call. Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest, a workshop production by Erin Murray, follows Robin as he defies Prince John's unjust rule with humor, heart, and high adventure. Two-time ISF alum Davion Tynarious Brown leads our Merry Folk in an operation of joy as rebellion. Director Aili Huber's masterful command of ensemble and movement brings this vibrant legend blazing to life. With music, laughter, and swordplay under the summer sky, Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest reminds us: leaders aren't born — they're forged out of a concern for others.
Run time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.
This production is suitable for all ages.
