"Cosmic Clocks" (Public Premiere)

A new film produced by the WVU Planetarium. This immersive journey takes you inside the world of pulsar timing arrays, revealing the extraordinary global collaborations working to detect low-frequency gravitational waves rippling through the fabric of spacetime. This experiment uses the world's largest and most sensitive radio telescopes to perform extremely precise measurements of cosmic clocks called pulsars, tracking how these signals vary over decades, to reveal insights into the formation of galaxies, and the evolution of our universe.
