WiCiL has at its centre education and mentoring. Set up by Influence Landscape Planning & Design, J M Consulting, Longhurst Group, Willmott Dixon and Lincoln City Council, we aim to transform opportunities for individuals and encourage more diversity in the construction industry, ensuring career opportunities in the sector are available to all. We want to raise the profile of all careers in construction and be sustainable through the expertise within the group and through partnership working.
