Coffee, Cake and Chat – Come and have a cuppa, a slice of cake and a relaxed chat with the Headteacher.

As Headteacher of Whitcliffe Mount Academy, I want to make sure that we continue to build strong, positive relationships between our school and the families we serve.

We are committed to continual improvement, and your voice is a huge part of that. We want to be honest and open about what's going really well and what we need to work on, and that means working together with our whole school community.

Lets have positive, constructive conversations and share idea's about how we can move things forwards together.

The purpose of these sessions is to:
*Celebrate what is working well and share the things we are proud of.
*Be open about the things we know we need to improve.
*Listen to your ideas and suggestions about how we can move things forward.
*Work together constructively to make a positive difference to our school.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your views and, most importantly, working together to make Whitcliffe Mount an even better place for our young people.
