Womb to World: Integrated Antenatal Education Course
Are you pregnant and living in Tameside? Join us for our Womb to World Integrated Antenatal Education Course, a free 4-week programme designed to support and prepare you for your parenting journey.
This free 4 week course is run in collaboration with the Parent-Infant Mental Health, Dad Matters, Maternity, Home-Start HOST, the Integrated Infant Feeding Team and the Health Visiting services.
Each session will cover key topics to help you feel confident and supported, including:

• 👣 Week 1 -  Getting to know your baby
• 🌟 Week 2 - Birth options including pain relief
• 🐰 Week 3 - Getting infant feeding off to the best start
• 🌞 Week 4 - Early Days and Beyond with Your Baby

Course Details:

• When: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Courses starting 25th March, 29th April)
• Where: North Family Hub, Trafalgar Square, Ashton Under Lyne. OL7 0LL
• Who: Open to pregnant individuals from 24 weeks of pregnancy and a family member
• Extras: Refreshments provided
