Step into the magic of Christmas! Enjoy a cosy chat with Santa, share your Christmas wishes, receive a festive gift and pose for a photo with him.
Before you leave, snap a picture beside Santa’s Sleigh, and imagine yourself taking the reins on Christmas Eve!

Book ahead for priority entry to the grotto!
Walk-ins are welcome too. On the day and join the walk-in queue. Visitors with booked time slots will have priority, so please expect a wait.

AGE SUITABILITY
The Enchanted Pop-Up Grotto experience is designed for ages 3 to adult.
PUSHCHAIRS
Our grotto is compact, so we'll accommodate pushchairs where possible. Larger groups may need to leave pushchairs in the designated area outside. We cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of items left in this area.
CHILD SUPERVISION
All children must be accompanied and supervised by at least one adult (18+) throughout the visit.
LATE COMERS
Late comers will not be permitted. Please arrive before your time slot to ensure smooth entry.
We do not offer refunds for late comers, but we will do our best to transfer your tickets to another time. We cannot guarantee this will be possible as sessions sell out fast.
