Join us for Heathers The Musical: High School Edition, a high-energy, darkly funny rock musical based on the classic 1980s cult film.
Created by award-winning writers Laurence O'Keefe and Kevin Murphy, this specially adapted PG-13 version retains all the beloved music and sharp wit of the original while modifying the script and lyrics to ensure the content is appropriate, safe, and empowering for teenage performers and family audiences.
The story follows Veronica Sawyer, a brainy misfit navigating the social hierarchy of Westerberg High. When she is unexpectedly adopted by the school's ultra-popular and ruthless clique—the three Heathers—Veronica achieves her dream of fitting in. However, when a dark-minded new student named JD enters her life, Veronica is forced to confront the harsh realities of peer pressure, bullying, and what it truly means to stand up for yourself and others.
⚠️ Content & Advisory Guidance

Recommended for audiences aged 12 and up. We encourage parents to use this show as a springboard for open, positive conversations with their teens about mental health and community support.
Beyond the infectious rock songs and memorable choreography, this production is a story about resilience, empathy, and community. It offers a powerful reminder that no student has to face the challenges of growing up alone, and that choosing kindness is the only real way to change your world.
