Youth Theatre Double Bill - Dude Where's My Hoard? and The Bodyssey
Bishop Sutton Village Hall, Bishop Sutton, BS39 5XD
Saturday 27th June 2026
Join us for not one, but TWO original, laugh out loud new comedies, devised and created by our talented youth theatre members with script written by youth theatre leaders Casey and Laura.
Our Juniors present Dude, Where's my Hoard?! An adventurous tale full of twists, turns and time travel; as we follow a treacherous Henry VIII, stealing his way through history on a quest to destroy all but his own past. But will a savvy group of young school children be able to stop him before he succeeds in his mission?
Our Seniors, meanwhile, present The Bodyssey. This ambitious, and somewhat surreal, adaptation of The Odyssey by Homer is set in an entirely different world to the one you may recognize from the original. Nevertheless, Odysseus’ army must venture through unknown lands in order to return home. Which, as we all know, is where the heart is.
