Looking for a safe space to connect, grow and learn — outdoors, in nature, and with others who truly get it.

At Unmask, I recognise how powerful connection and the outdoors can be. That’s why I created Step It Out — sessions that bring talking, coaching, nature and community together. These sessions help you find the positives in your challenges, uncover solutions, and reconnect with the confident version of yourself you may have lost along the way.

Coaching, connection and nature are each powerful on their own — but when you combine them, something transformative happens.

Who Step It Out is for
This Step It Out session is for parents and children who want to communicate and connect with more confidence and who want to to explore their goals, values and what truly matters to them and their family.

There are also other Step It Out sessions available for Professionals and Adults.

What to expect

• A short gentle group walk from outside Hadleigh High School to a beautiful open field where refreshments await
• A guided coaching session with activities designed to stretch your thinking and gently nudge you out of your comfort zone
• A relaxed walk back, giving you time to reflect or continue conversations sparked during the session
