Stress Management- Open workshop
Online
Wednesday 25th November 2026
Workshop delivered by Jayne McAleer, Aspire Training.
About the training
This training provides an opportunity to develop a greater understanding of stress, how it affects our emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing, and the ways in which we can recognise and respond to it.
The workshop explores what stress is, the difference between positive and negative stress, common causes and triggers, and the signs and symptoms that may indicate stress is beginning to have an impact. Participants will also explore practical strategies that can support healthier ways of managing stress and maintaining emotional wellbeing.
The training encourages participants to reflect on their own experiences of stress and consider practical approaches that can be applied both personally and within the workplace
This training session is free and available to anyone working or living in Wales. As places are limited, please only book if you are available to attend.
The training will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and a Teams meeting link for the session will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
