LINE UP for Mind, Body and Soul Part II*
*Coming to your senses. Learn about mindfulness and try it with Hazel Pepper.
* Yoga -Join Yoga with Angela Stone, to learn how the practice supports healthy ageing and then try some gentle practice with a focus on these aspects
LUNCH provided with donations welcomed for Gino's Cantina
*Connect science, maths and art with a gentle rural walk and art workshop led by Maia Eden.
*Breathwork, led by Susanne Deans who has qualified as an instructor to share techniques for regulating and de-stressing that she has used as a child and in her stressful work environment as a chef.
*Fire and ice Part 2, led by Norma MacLeod. Following on from her presentation on Day One of Ulluminate (Friday 6th November, Ullapool Village Hall), Norma MacLeod, founder of the Hebridean Saltbox Sauna company invites festival-goers to experience a cold plunge and hot sauna tent and more. Hot drinks provided.
