Join us for a fun, interactive monthly session of practical making, creativity, and socialising aimed at Home Educated children!
Every month features a brand-new craft activity—combining educational, historical or artistic concepts with exciting projects to take home

Key Details
When: Monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 10.30-12.30pm
Where: Second floor in the Education Hub.
Who: home educated children aged 8-12 years old (Key Stage 2)
Cost: £8 per session
Accessibility & Comfort
We aim to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for families. Please note that these sessions are held in our upstairs Education Hub. A lift is available for full accessibility, and an accessible toilet is located right next to the Education Hub.
Upcoming Session Schedule
Below are the details for our first run of sessions:
Tuesday 13th October - Hand stitching Skills – learn some basic hand stitching skills and then create your own portable noughts and crosses pouch out of felt
Tuesday 10th November - Introduction to crochet – learn the basic skills to create your own crochet worry worm
Tuesday 8th December - Bean and seed mosaics – learn about mosaic designs and create your own coaster and hanging decorations using beans and seeds as tesserae
