THE UNCERTAINTY PRINCIPLE
Award-winning playwright's play comes to Moretonhampstead.

The play takes place in an intimate and sparse setting, involving just two actors, a knife and one bar of chocolate. Over eighty minutes, we explore the connection and chaos that tie the two characters together with plenty of truths, dares and lies along the way and by turns rib-achingly funny and deeply moving

‘The Uncertainty Principle’ is by Simon Stephens – twice the winner of an Olivier Award. Performed by Living Room Theatre’s Rose Reynolds and Philip Robinson, and directed by Pippa Marriott.

A strobe effect is used in the opening two minutes of the play, which lasts for 80 minutes with no interval.

‘The Uncertainty Principle’ has frequent swearing, with some sexual references and, for parental guidance, is unsuitable for younger children under 15.
