The Place Outside CIC
The Place Outside CIC invites you on a personal exploration of self and Nature, held within a safe supportive group.
The gentle Nature based activities, facilitated solo time and group reflection, offer the space and time to slow down and listen in to how we can be supported through our relationship with the natural environment.
Tuning in to Nature, we are offered space and time to acknowledge our reciprocal relationship with the Natural world, to recalibrate and restore a sense of mental wellbeing and belonging.
This is a combination of facilitated solo time out on the land and supportive group reflection.
We draw on the 5 Pathways to Nature Connectedness to invite a deepening relationship with the Natural environment that sees human and Nature interconnectedness, intrinsic to holistic health and wellbeing.
Through time we can recognise we are not separate to Nature as we begin to foster a sense of belonging to not only the human but the other than human community.
