Sound Bath Experience

Important Information Attending a sound bath is an entirely safe and amazing way to relax. However, there are certain contraindications which I need to be aware of as a practitioner, as sound can cause an adverse reaction to certain conditions.If you can answer YES to any of the following conditions - please email me on: [email protected] and also check with a health professional that it is safe for you to attend a sound bath. I do not directly apply instruments to your body, however sound is felt and heard differently by everyone.
·       Pregnancy (especially the 1st & 3rd Trimester)
·       Tinnitus
·       Epilepsy (especially Sound Induced)
·       Heart Conditions; including Pacemakers, Defibrillator, Stent, Shunt, Artificial Heart Valves or Cardiac Arrhythmias.
·       Severe Mental or Clinical Health Problems; such as Paranoid Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Bi-Polar (if unmanaged) or if you have disclosed suicidal thoughts or murderous tendencies.
·       Deep Vein Thrombosis, Carotid Stenosis.
·       Nerve Damage
·       Open wounds, scars that are not yet healed, acute inflammation and tumours.
·       Metal inserts, plates, implants, pins, joints and balls.
·       Or do you knowingly have any condition which is triggered by sound, frequencies or vibrations?
It is your responsibility to inform me of any of the above conditions before a sound bath and you’ll be asked to sign a form to state that you don’t suffer from any of the above and that you’re happy to proceed. By going ahead and booking you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
