GOLDEN DAYS - celebrate the abundance and joy of life as summer fades, fruit ripen and the mood is mellow!
Restore and Rebalance Your Energy - Lie down, close your eyes and immerse yourself in the rejuvenating sound waves that still the mind, soothe the spirit and take us to the peaceful realms of our deepest self where healing and transformation can occur.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat to lie on (or reclining deckchair), a warm blanket, pillow and drinking water. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start. It is not possible to enter once the Gong Bath has started.
Chrys has lead workshops, composed music and been a Natural Voice choir leader for over 40 years.
