Summer Family Fun Day - feat. Donkey Rides and Animal Handling Experience (must be booked separate)
The Monastery, Manchester, M12 5WF
Sunday 12th July 2026
Summer Family Fun Day at The Monastery - FREE ENTRY (DONATIONS ALWAYS WELCOME)
This Summer, we're celebrating 30 years of The Monastery — and we're marking it in one of the most meaningful ways we know: by bringing our community together in the garden
Join us for a very special Summer Garden Day on Sunday 12th July, centred on two of our most beloved spaces — the Healing Garden, which has been a place of calm and community for years, and our Peace Garden, just one year old and already blooming with possibility
Whether you're here for the donkey rides, interactive animal handling experience, music, food and drink, or simply to enjoy a beautiful Summer's day in one of Manchester's most extraordinary settings, this is a celebration of nature, community, and thirty remarkable years of Gorton's beloved Monastery
On the day you can enjoy:
