Denny Ilett Quartet
One of the country’s finest jazz guitarists / singers + an A-Class Rhythm SectionBand leader, heartfelt jazz vocalist and quite brilliant jazz & blues guitarist Denny Ilett, is a firm favourite with audiences both here and throughout mainland Europe. Wether it’s interpreting blues classics, singer ‘Sinatra' or leading his Jimi Hendrix Big Band experience (selling out Ronnie Scotts for seven days straight), Denny is highly musical and always entertaining. He’s agreed to play two sets of his favourite pieces including some references to Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles peppered with some of the greatest American Songbook classics. Denny’s A-Class rhythm section includes 16 times award winning jazz pianist David Newton, bassist Paul Jefferies and (TBC) Jamie Cullum’s celebrated drummer Sebastian de Krom.
