Thames Ditton Infant School - Prospective Parent Tour

We warmly invite prospective parents to join us for a tour of Thames Ditton Infant School.

Please note: These tours are for our mainstream school provision and do not include The Nest, our specialist SEND provision. If you are interested in a place in The Nest, please contact the school office directly for further information and to discuss visiting.

Tour Dates

• Tuesday 13 October 2026 – 9:00am
• Thursday 5 November 2026 – 9:00am
• Tuesday 17 November 2026 – 9:00am

Please arrive a few minutes early, as the welcome presentation will start promptly at 9:00am.

Your visit will begin with a short welcome talk from our Headteacher, Mrs Leach, followed by a guided tour in a small group, led by one of our senior members of staff. You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of our classrooms, see our children engaged in their learning, and explore our communal indoor and outdoor spaces.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get a real sense of what makes Thames Ditton Infant School such a special place to learn and grow.

Tour Details

• Entrance: Please enter the school through the main gate on Speer Road. If you arrive late, please use the entrance via Old School Square.
• Children: To help us maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that only adults attend the tour. However, we understand that some parents may need to bring young babies, and infants in slings are very welcome. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs during the tour.
• Duration: Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We look forward to welcoming you and showing you around our school!
