Microgreens and Sprouts Workshop

This workshop will share Adie's years of accumulated knowledge as a seasoned microgreen grower and cover everything you need to know about growing your own Microgreens and Sprouts at home. She'll include easy mistakes she's made to help you avoid them from the start. Suitable for complete beginners and those hoping to fine tune their techniques.
We'll cover:
- the wide range of seeds you can grow and which work best!
- tasting a selection to see which you prefer
- straight forward simple techniques for growing your own (with household items you already own)
- managing the different growing stages and top tips for how to get sunflower and pea shoots to work
- how to plan your timings so you can have them when you want to eat them.
- and you'll leave with everything you need to get going straight away. including a few you've sown with us on the day
Hot drinks and light refreshments will be provided, please let us know if you have any dietary limitations.
