Symbols for Personal Protection Talk

There have been few times when people living under periods of great uncertainty have not possessed small, valued items to be worn, hung up in the home, or working spaces in the belief they might help gain some protective benefits. Suffolk is unusually well blessed in its range of scribed and painted symbols and Timothy Easton has argued that these were often added at times of stress caused by factors such as unusually severe weather like during the little ice age.
Speaker Timothy Easton is a local artist, sculptor and writer on architectural subjects, known for his articles pioneering new thoughts in his areas of study.
