Community Treasure Trail and BBQ

St Wilfrid's Church Grappenhall welcomes you to join us for our Community Treasure Trail Fundraiser. We have planned an amazing day out for all the family with all proceeds going towards building the falling churchyard wall. Our trail will take you around Grappenhall. Follow the clues, solve the puzzles, and you could be a winner. Then join us back at the Parish Centre for a bbq, drinks and music where the winners will be announced. There will also be prizes for:
Best Fancy Dress, 
Best Team Name, 
Best Young Detective

Tickets can also be purchased at the event so don't worry if you haven't prebooked. 

The Rules
The trail will start from 2.30pm and will work on a rolling start basis at whatever time you arrive, with the last entries admitted at 4pm. There is no limit on the number of members in a team, however prizes will be awarded per team, not per individual. 
When you arrive, each team will receive a clue booklet and a map of the trail. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times and parents must be responsible for their children. 
The trail will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour and will involve one main road crossing when leaving the village, and another on the way back into the village. Please take care when crossing as roads will not be closed for the event. 
Every team who completes the trail will have the chance to unlock the final puzzle, where a correct answer will enter you into the draw for some amazing prizes.
Prizes awarded for the fun categories are at the discretion of the organisers (representatives of St Wilfrid's Church) and all decisions are final.
