St Helens Council (Local Cultural Educational Partnership)
St Helens Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP) is a collaborative network that brings together schools, cultural organisations, local authorities, and community partners to improve access to arts and cultural opportunities for children and young people.
LCEPs work to: Strengthen connections between education and the cultural sector; Broaden participation in creative activities; Support high‑quality cultural learning in and out of school; Champion inclusive, equitable access to the arts across a local area.
By coordinating resources and expertise, an LCEP helps ensure that creativity and cultural learning are embedded in the lives of all children and young people, regardless of background.
