PLEASE NOTE FRONT DOORS WILL OPEN AT 12:25 FOR THIS SESSION. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY AS WE NEED THIS TIME FOR STAFF TO HAVE A WATER BREAK AND CLEAN BEFORE THE SESSION STARTS

Our pool temperature is maintained between 31-32 degrees which is ideal for those that prefer a more gentle swim. This session is not recommended for swimmers with a faster pace.

Session information
  • Swimmers aged 16 and over  
  • 2x lanes available slow lane and a faster lane.
  • Maximum of 9 swimmers per session
  • If you have a discounted swim, please ensure you bring ID to each swimming session
  • Please note session time includes changing time. All swimmers must be out of the building by the session end time so that staff can clean before the next session starts. 
  • Pool Dimensions 18m by 6m 
  • Shallow end 0.9m with gradual slope to 1.6m 
  • Swimmers are not permitted to swim side by side in each section. 
  • Session suitable for swimmers that can swim 18m - not suitable for non swimmers
  • No Fins or Snorkles are permitted in these sessions.
  • Cancellation - If you book and cannot attend please email the office [email protected] where we can offer an exchange - no refunds or exchanges can be made on the day of the session. 
Where possible we would always have at least one member of staff on duty that holds the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. The members of staff that do not hold the NPLQ will hold the STA Rescue Award for teachers or equivalent. Holders of the Rescue Award for Teachers are capable in pool rescue, first aid, adult CPR techniques. If we do not have a member of staff on duty that holds the NPLQ you will be asked to sign a form prior to entering the pool.
