Hydrotherapy Friday 12:30-13:30

St Francis Swimming Pool, Cowell Road, RH16 4EX
Friday 30th October 2026
Hydrotherapy & Gentle Exercise Sessions - Self Led
Enjoy the benefits of gentle exercise in our warm, relaxing swimming pool.
Our hydrotherapy sessions provide a calm and welcoming environment for adults wishing to exercise, improve mobility, ease muscle and joint discomfort, or simply enjoy the benefits of being in warm water.

Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 31–32°C, making it warmer than a standard public swimming pool.
These sessions are ideal for those who prefer a quieter swimming environment and wish to carry out gentle exercises at their own pace.

Important Information
Please note that we are not a dedicated medical hydrotherapy facility and our sessions are self-led.
We do not have physiotherapists or medically trained staff on site. Participants are responsible for carrying out their own exercises, including any recommended by their healthcare professional.
Two qualified members of our pool team will be present to supervise water safety and provide assistance where appropriate, but they cannot provide physiotherapy treatment or individual exercise instruction.
