Family Swim Session
Parties bookings will not be accepted at this time. We have the right to refuse entry and refunds will not be given for bookings made going against these regulations. 

• Maximum of 2 non swimmers per adult
• Swimmers under 12 years must be accompanied by paying adult
• All children not fully toilet trained must wear a double nappy 
• Bookings are 1 hour - inclusive of changing time
• Swimmers MUST be out of the building (not the swimming pool) by 12.20pm in order for staff to clean for the next session. 
• If swimmers wish to use the shower they will need to exit the pool early enough to be showered and changed and out of the building by the session finish time.
• Under 1’s free but must purchase an under 1’s ticket. 
• No equipment is available at these sessions. You are welcome to bring your own but we just ask that no large inflatables and no fins or mermaid tails.

Cancellation

•  If you book and cannot attend please email the office [email protected] where we can offer an exchange (subject to availability) - no refunds or exchanges can be made on the day of the session

Disclaimer
We will always try to ensure we have a lifeguard on duty.
On occasions where we are unable to provide a lifeguard we will have staff that have an alternative water rescue qualification to supervise the session.
In this instance customers will be asked to sign a form before entry to confirm they understand and are still willing to participate.
