Glastonbury Co-operative Fair

Glastonbury Town Hall, Glastonbury, BA6 9EL
Tuesday 23rd June 2026
The main event for Co-operatives Fortnight in Somerset, this is organised and hosted by Glastonbury Town Council. It marks the launch of Glastonbury as a 'co-operative town' and a member of the Co-operative Councils Innovation Network.
You can drop in at any time between 4.30pm and 8pm, and you can find out about the opportunities for co-operative development in several sectors including: housing, growing, energy, transport, finance, community, fair trade, worker co-ops, arts and culture.
The council will launch its co-operative engagement pioneer project on green spaces and there will be plenty of time for networking, visiting stands and engaging with the Mayor's 3 charities. Stands from local co-operative will be there so you can find out more about what they do and how the co-operative model does business differently.
Keynote speakers on the day will include Don Morris from Radstock Co-operative Society, Pete Vallance from the Co-op Councils Innovation Network, and Alex Lawrie from South West Co-op Development.
It is a free, drop in event - if you buy a ticket it will enable us to provide you with updates as the event approaches, but it is absolutely not necessary for you to book a ticket in advance.
