Sludge Club Presents: Lias Saoudi + support

We are delighted to be hosting the incredible Lias Saoudi, lead singer of Fat White Family for a rare intimate solo performance at LoSt LaNe on January 21st.

Lias Saoudi is a writer, artist and musician, and the front man of genre-bending iconoclasts Fat White Family. Born to a British mother and Algerian father, he grew up in the Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Northern Ireland, before moving to London and gaining a Fine Art degree from Slade School of Art.

Since forming in 2011, Fat White Family have released three acclaimed albums of insalubrious post-punk and are known for their provocative live performances. Along with author Adelle Stripe, Saoudi wrote Ten Thousand Apologies: Fat White Family and the Miracle of Failure, a biography of the band published earlier this year by Orion.

Lias has continued building his impressive musical career performing and recording with other musical projects such as The Moonlandingz and Decius.

On January 21st, the opportunity awaits you to experience the magic and raw energy of his captivating live performances in an intimate setting.
