Welcome to Silver Tots Baby and Toddler Group

We are a volunteer Baby and Toddler Group who meet every Thursday during term time.

Baby and Toddler groups offer a place where you can meet other mums, dads, grandparents or other carers with children your child's age. These are a great place for you and your child to make new friends too.

We are a fully inclusive group for children from birth until they go to school. We have a selection of sensory toys and some adaptable equipment to allow you to have fun no matter your abilities. We provide a great opportunity for your child to learn social skills, communication skills and learn through play.

Each week we have a selection of toys and activities including:
•Large play equipment for gross motor skill development
•Toys for developing imagination and social skills
•Sensory Tables for activities such as threading and sorting or for discovery with items including leaves, rice and playdoh
•Baby area with bouncers, cushions and mats with a large selection of baby toys and activities to promote all rounded development
•Craft activities to promote hand eye coordination and fine motor skills as well as encouraging creativity

We offer the children a snack choice from individually packed biscuits towards the end of each session and have "melty" bars for babies who are weaning. We have tea and coffee available for the adults too.

Each week we incorporate a different theme to help further children's understanding of the world around them.

•Phonics
•Burns Night
•Room on the Broom
•Kings coronation
•......and many many more

We are based in the rear hall of the Congregational Church on Silver Street, Silver End.

Sessions cost from just £3.50 per adult  and can be purchased up until the end of the session if spaces allow.

We run one session per week an 🧸 All ages stay and play at 9.45-11.45 this includes a rhyme time.
