Silverdale Gaskell Hall, Carnforth, LA5 0RA
Saturday 28th November 2026 7:15PM
SATURDAY NIGHT: Live Music & Film Interpretation: The Peloton & Glyn Shipman
Live Music: Ska and 2-tone classic music from Lancaster's finest - The Peloton.
The January 2026 gig featuring The PELOTON & Glyn Shipman was so brilliant - we are doing it again.
But this time - with a Ska Christmas Theme!!
Prepare your senses for a sound & vision pre-Christmas spectacular!!
As well as being an amazing bouncy & brassy 8-piece musical collective - featuring an amazing brass ensemble, fresh from their European tour, The Peloton share a passion for lycra and a superb taste in music. Playing ska & 2-tone classics, reinventions of pop and indie hits and catchy, right-on original songs written by the band (some with a lycra-clad cycling twist), The Peloton are sure to get your feet tapping and get you on the dance floor. Who knows what Santa will be bringing in his stockings!
Live Film Interpretation: Live film & artistic interpretation throughout the musical performances by Silverdale's own Andrew Clay. If you've not experienced one of these events - you will be amazed!!
Glyn Shipman is a friend of Silverdale whose self-penned music is both inspiring & thought provoking. A superb singer-songwriter!
Beers, wines & softies available.
