Two sets of talks from Sam Palmer, Midlife Makeover and Dr Vikki O’Neill, GP Menopause Specialist at Borough Green Medical Practice.
Sam is a nurse and midlife health and fitness coach specialising in menopause. She delivers engaging, evidence-based training to help people understand the impact of menopause at home and in the workplace, along with simple, practical ways to offer support and overall wellbeing through her online programmes.
