During this international roundtable, leading scholars will discuss innovative research methodologies on the intersection of music, arts, and cultural geography, drawing from their experience in distinct but intersecting research fields. Addressing questions of research ethics, researcher positionality and case-specific research strategies, the roundtable seeks to highlight the importance of interdisciplinarity in overcoming methodological challenges. The roundtable involves scholars from the Centre for Culture & Everyday Life, Institute of Popular Music (UK) and from the Space and Representation Research Network (Brazil).
