Shakespeare at The Towers

Award-winning theatre company Shakespeare at the Towers is known, and loved, for its open air productions of Shakespeare plays. Having performed at The George Hotel in Huntingdon since 1959, it moved to the captivating backdrop of Buckden Towers in 2025 and makes a triumphant return to the Queen Katherine Knot Garden this year.
 
But, a visit to Shakespeare at the Towers is about much more than going to the theatre; it’s a delightful experience. Meet up with family and friends, relax in the Buckden Towers grounds with a bite to eat and a drink pre-show before moving into our purpose built theatre and taking your reserved seat in the tiered stand.
