Dick Wittington

Get ready for plenty of laughter, music and traditional pantomime fun as The Arts Centre CIC Dunmow proudly presents Dick Whittington, performed by the talented cast of ROM Theatre Arts at the Studio Theatre in Great Dunmow Town Centre.

Join Dick and his fearless Cat as they set off for London in search of fame and fortune. Along the way, they meet the lovely Alice Fitzwarren and her hilariously muddled father, Alderman Fitzwarren, before finding themselves caught up in the wicked plans of the villainous Rattigan and his hopeless rat sidekicks, Scabley and Winnet.

Expect a thrilling sea voyage, a larger-than-life Sultana, singing and dancing rats, catchy musical numbers, silly jokes and plenty of opportunities for the children to boo, cheer and shout along. Will Dick defeat Rattigan, save the day and become Lord Mayor of London? There is only one way to find out!
