Introduction to Sauna and Cold Dips

Have you thought about trying out hot and cold therapy but haven't found the time, the social group, or the confidence?

This session is for you.

Join Helen a regular sauna and cold water enthusiast as she guides you through a session at Cold Bath Plunge.

This is a female only session designed for women who want to find a new confidence in being able to utilise hot and cold therapy as part of their tool kit for life.

We'll warm up in the sauna as we get to know each other then 2 by 2 we'll take the plunge and experience the sensation that cold water gives you. You can enjoy or endure this for as long or as little as you wish. We'll take it slowly as we build up your confidence and resilience.

Whether you're looking to unwind, complement your fitness routine or simply try something different, this is your chance to step away from the everyday and reconnect with yourself.
I can't wait to welcome you into the wonderful world of contrast therapy.
