The Ribble Valley Jazz Big Band Christmas Part @ OSR Assembly Hall

Get ready for an unforgettable evening as the Ribble Valley Jazz Big Band takes the stage for our flagship annual hometown concert in Clitheroe! Bringing you a full, powerhouse lineup, we will be playing a diverse and eclectic mix of big band music. The evening spans everything from the legendary swing of Maynard Ferguson and Count Basie to modern-day hits from the likes of Michael Jackson, alongside iconic film and TV themes.

This is a true celebration of the band and our community, featuring something for everyone—including a healthy dose of Christmas spirit! Festive jumpers and tinsel are highly welcome.

As our main event of the year, this concert acts as a vital springboard for next year's activities, helping the band go from strength to strength and supporting the development of our players. To help fund these future projects, we will be hosting a grand raffle with fantastic prizes generously donated by local businesses. We are incredibly grateful for the continuing support of our friends, family, and local community. Come along, celebrate the festive season with us, and help us kickstart an exciting new year of local music!
