'Relax. Restore. Reconnect' by TEMPLESPA and Pride in Belper

 Relax. Restore. Reconnect.
Pride is about celebrating who we are, but it's also about taking time to care for ourselves.
Join us for an evening designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect—with yourself and with your community.
Hosted by TEMPLESPA’s Chris Parkes, this welcoming wellbeing experience combines guided relaxation, mindfulness and a luxurious self-care facial using award-winning spa products.
Whether you come on your own, with friends or as a couple, you'll find a relaxed, inclusive space where everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
 During the evening you'll enjoy:
• A calming guided meditation
• A beautiful guided TEMPLESPA facial
• Practical wellbeing and self-care tips you can take home
• Time to unwind in a friendly, judgement-free environment
No experience is needed—just come as you are.
Because self-care isn't a luxury.
It's something everyone deserves.
