Climate Storytelling for the Theatre: A Workshop for Playwrights
Ludlow Assembly Rooms, Shropshire, SY8 1AZ
Wednesday 6th May 2026
Curious about telling stories about climate, nature and pollution on stage? Join our workshop supporting writers to explore their own climate drama. Together we’ll look at how climate stories become compelling theatre. The session will include a practical discussion, a conversation with an environmental expert, and space to reflect on the climate stories we need now. This workshop is for writers with some professional script-writing experience who may be interested in applying to the Climate Playwriting Prize. No prior climate knowledge is required – just curiosity and a desire to tell powerful stories.
Further information about the workshop can be found HERE.
