After a long busy week, come chill with us for one fun afternoon! 🌞 

There are two vibes for this picnic: you can mix & mingle, read a book, chill & chat on a blanket, and play card games. Or you can bring out your childhood spirit and get moving with a frisbee, pétanque, and other outdoor games! 🤸‍♀️🥏

Whatever's your vibe, this event is all about connecting, laughing, and making new friends! 🫂


🃏EVENT SCHEDULE:

• 3pm - Meet and Greet: we’ll gather on the blankets for introductions and a warm welcome.
• Throughout the afternoon, join whichever activities feel right for you (card games, chatting, just chilling with a book, or playing some outdoor games) !
• The picnic will last around 2–3 hours, but feel free to stay and keep socializing beyond that!

IMPORTANT INFO:

• 🚨 Before signing up, please respect our age range (18-36). That range is there to create a cohesive social atmosphere. 
• 💬 WhatsApp: Remember to join the group chat ASAP, sent to you in the booking confirmation email (it contains essential information you should read) ! If you join the chat too late, you may miss this information and have difficulty finding us (more info, in your confirmation email).
• ⏰️ TIME: 15:00 - please be on time! We'll wait max 10 minutes and carry on the event - so any latecomers will have to catch-up.
• 👟 CLOTHING: We suggest you wear comfy, breathy clothes if you're going to participate in the outdoor games.
• 🧺 Do I bring anything? : You can bring snacks if you'd like, but it's totally optional (most people will already have eaten)! Organizers will be bringing games, blankets etc...

NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES (you agree to these if you decide to show up):

1. This isn’t a speed-dating group: everyone’s here to make genuine connections, not hookups. There are apps for that!
2. Only people who have signed up to the event will be able to attend - if you'd like to bring friends or plus-ones, include them as guests.

4. Be respectful and kind to everyone. Rude or inappropriate behavior isn’t tolerated, and anyone acting that way will be asked to leave at the host’s discretion.
