Network For Emerging Inclusive Dancers (NEID) Meeting - Millie Bridger
Online
Tuesday 27th January 2026
Join our NEID network on Zoom on Tuesday 27th January 2026
The speaker:
Millie Bridger is an inclusive artist, speaker, and advocate represented by Zebedee Talent Agency. Trained at Italia Conti and London Studio Centre, she has performed on stage and screen with companies including BBC, Disney, and Netflix. After her health conditions changed her path, Millie founded milliebridger.com, where she shares her story to inspire, speaks on disability and chronic illness, and leads support groups that offer space for people to connect and find community. She now draws on her lived experience to encourage others to discover happiness, hope, and belonging through dance, advocacy, and creativity.
The event:
Millie will reflect on her journey from the stage to inclusive practice, and how chronic illness reshaped her relationship with dance. Blending personal stories with practical insights, she’ll explore how movement can spark joy, creativity, and community, reminding us that even when life takes an unexpected turn, movement can help us rediscover happiness.
An additional one to one mentoring session is available with Millie for Free after the network (5-6pm). If you are interested in taking up this opportunity please indicate in the comments when you book.
