Oxford Padova Link

Oxford Padova Link is a cultural organisation based in Oxford which promotes and facilitates twinning events and activities between the cities of Oxford and Padova.  Founded in 2019, immediately after the twinning agreement was signed, OPL works with Oxford International Links, with the support of Oxford City Council and the Comune di Padova.  Since 2019, we have organised or facilitated several choral concerts in Oxford and Padova, as well as art exhibitions and other joint projects.  In 2024, members of the Filarmonica Youth orchestra also participated in a production of Carmina Burana in Oxford Town Hall, along with young musicians from other twin cities.
