Staff Roadshow 4
The Campus, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX
Friday 30th October 2026 9:30AM
Come along to our staff engagement roadshows with Mandy Bishop, Chief Executive, and members of our senior leadership team.
The staff roadshows are a chance to come together in person, hear about the opportunities and challenges facing the council, and play a part in shaping our future.
As well as hearing from Mandy, you'll be able to share your views. Take part in live polls, our ‘Council in 2030 challenge’ and join open discussions with senior leaders about what's helping you do your job, what's getting in the way, and what we could do differently.
We'll share key reflections and commitments from the session, answer your questions, and explain how your feedback will help inform future improvements across the council.
Please do try to come along to one of the sessions. Mandy will be at each event and is looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues in person.
We look forward to seeing you there.
