UCSB Dhadkan

UCSB Dhadkan is a non-profit organization at the University of California, Santa Barbara. We organize Nachle Deewane, an annual South Asian Bollywood-fusion dance competition, with all proceeds donated to charities that support South Asian communities globally. Nachle Deewane is UCSB’s premier Bollywood dance tournament where teams all from all over the country come to participate in a weekend of competition and culture. This year, we are partnering with the National Desi Dance League to host 8 competing teams, along with 3 exhibition acts. In addition to this celebration of culture, we will be donating all our profits to Child Rights and You, a charity helping impoverished children in India.
