🌸 Calling all Mums, our next Mums Out event is here ! 🌸
We’re heading to your future favourite studio, Ebb&Flow in Colemore (Petersfield) 🧘♀️✨
Join us for a Vinyasa class (all levels welcome), especially for us mums.
After we’ve stretched and unwound with a 1hr Vinyasa session, we’ll finish the evening together with a comforting hot drink, the best way to unwind and meet other like-minded women ☕💬
🕢 Class starts at 7:30pm (arrive at least 15min before to park and register)
Expect quiet moments, nourishing movement, and good vibes only 💫🌿
