Also making a return visit to the festival is Chris Mullin—former journalist, MP for Sunderland South for more than 20 years, justice campaigner, renowned diarist, and novelist.
Chris was a prominent figure in the campaign to overturn the convictions of six men jailed for the 1974 Birmingham pub bombings, in which 21 people were killed and another 170 seriously injured.
At the festival, he will discuss his powerful and investigative book Error of Judgement: The Truth About the Birmingham Pub Bombings, offering insight into one of the most controversial miscarriages of justice in British history.
