Family Art Saturday

Tavistock Library, Tavistock, PL19 8AB
Saturday 6th June 2026 - Saturday 15th August 2026

Unplug and unwind at Family Art Saturdays where every one of all ages from 12 months upwards can have fun painting and creating together.

Family Art Saturdays provides the opportunity every fortnight, whatever your age, to spend two hours together in a calm, creative environment.

It takes people out of the busy stresses of modern life to spend time with each other rather than on screens.

There will be lots of exciting activities going on during the two hours, including:
  • Toddler art activities
  • painting various ceramic and wood craft items such as lighthouses, racing cars, hedgehog tea-light holders, cats, dogs, football coin banks and many other fun things to do.
  • Air-dry clay is available for the budding artist to let their imagination run wild.
  • Be the next Van Gogh or Monet and paint your own unique masterpiece.
