Roll & Stroll at Bradwell Windmill

We’re hosting a fun community event with our partners, including Living Archive MK, Milton Keynes Arts Centre, Milton Keynes Museum, and local community groups and everyone is welcome. This event also forms part of the Great Big Green Week, celebrating community action and greener, more sustainable ways to get around.
There’ll be lots to enjoy for children and adults, including:

•  Free face painting
•  A fun theatrical show by Histrionics
•  Bling Your Wheels & Heels: get creative and decorate your bike, scooter, shoes, or wheelchair
•  Mini games and competitions with chances to win prizes
•  Women‑only guided ride: suitable for all abilities. Bring along your own bike, or you can join us using Lime or Dott bikes.
•  Free bike security marking by the MKCC Transport Team: secure your bike, deter theft, and make it easier to recover if it’s ever lost or stolen.
• Dr. Bike: Bring your bike along for a free safety check and minor repairs from a qualified mechanic. Please note that bike parts are not included as part of the Dr Bike service.
•  Refreshments available

Toilet access will be available at New Bradwell Sports Association (MK13 7AD).You’ll also have the opportunity to meet us, the MKCC Transport Team, to find out what support is available, and talk to us about making travel in your area more accessible for everyone. We’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas as you’re the eyes and ears of your community, and your feedback helps shape future improvements.
It’s a great chance to have fun, get creative, meet others, and enjoy time together outdoors. Bring the whole family and join in!
