Arthur Edwards has been a press photographer for The Sun newspaper since 1974 and three years later began photographing the royal family for the paper.
He was lucky to be married to his darling Ann. They have two sons, John and Paul, and daughter, Annmarie, plus four granddaughters.
Arthur loves his work. He has had a front row seat on many great events here and overseas and met some amazing people. Arthur was awarded the MBE IN 2003 and made a FRPS IN 2022. He was castaway on Desert Island Discs and has had several books published.
For Arthur, it’s not a job but a way of life.
